Since beginning his career in the commercial collections industry in 1998, Peter has been the architect of Litman Law’s recovery division, designing and growing it into a nationally recognized commercial debt recovery practice backed by nearly three decades of experience.

Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2004, Cass Litman brings extensive experience in business law and civil litigation. As Principal, he provides legal oversight across all recovery matters, ensuring each file is handled with precision and integrity.

Rick brings over 30 years of industry experience, including leadership roles in collection management. His background supports legal knowledge, strategic resolution, and court-related processes.

Doug Choffe

Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Doug brings more than 30 years of senior-level experience in commercial collections. Prior to joining Litman Law, he spent 24 years as a Partner and Collection Manager at Canada Legal Referral and eight years at Canada Bonded Attorney. He has been a licensed Paralegal in Ontario since 2013.

Natasha Brown

Legal Assistant / Collector

Natasha has more than 10 years of experience in debt recovery. Her background in management studies and counselling psychology supports effective resolution, account communication, and trust-based client management.

Elana Roth

Legal Assistant / Collector

Elana has over 20 years of experience in credit and collections, including 17 years with Litman Law. She is known for her firm but fair approach when engaging commercial accounts and maintaining professional client relationships.

Mun Wah Ho Chan

Administrative Lead
