Cass I. Litman, L.L.B.
Cass Litman is the principal of Litman Law. Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2004, he has extensive experience in the fields of business law and civil litigation. Cass provides legal advice and direction to a multitude of companies, from sole proprietorships to large multinational corporations. Prior to starting Litman Law, Cass practiced in the areas of litigation and commercial law at a mid-sized Toronto based law firm.
Cass has broad experience within the various levels of the Ontario Court system, having argued motions and conducted numerous trials. Most importantly, Cass is both an intelligent and competitive problem-solver.
Cass is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
